Our building at 3101 Frederick Ave was built in 1917 by William Wyeth II and is part of the old Wyeth estate. The Wyeths were some of the original residents of St. Joseph. It remained in the Wyeth family until the 1980’s when it was purchased by a local law firm and many of the offices in the southern part of the building were added on. The building continued to be owned by a law firm until being purchased by Nold Bryant in 2022.
